One phenomenal self-image transformational recording personalized just for you to reinforce the changes you are making.

Four self-guided modules that take you step by step to calming looping thoughts, cultivating a mind-set of abundance, setting up rituals that will be the foundation to achieving your goals and an action plan that supports your new way of being.

Module 1: The Serenity Module that sets the mind into calm mode.

Module 2: The Abundance Module that addresses gaps in the feeling of abundance in your life. We all have gaps that can be addressed.

Module 3: The Rituals Module - the development of core rituals performed at the beginning of each day to set up the right energy.

Module 4: The Action Module- Everything is great when it is implemented. The Action Module sets the tone and momentum.

One 30 minute follow up to support the transformation process.
